Nail fungus is a fungal infection that occurs when the fungus invades the nails of the hands or feet, as well as the skin under the nail (nail bed). Toenails are more prone to this fungal infection, because they have the proper environment to develop such bacteria.
Because of sweat, moisture toenail fungus appears, making your feet real stinky. My brother used to have this problem, and he tried all sort of ointments and changed his shoes daily, but there was no use in getting rid of this fungus.
The only way he got rid of toenail fungus was the below remedy, but he had patience and followed the remedy for 10 days in a row. Sometimes, like once a month, he repeats this procedure for prevention.
– 5 tablespoons of baking soda
– 200 ml of apple cider vinegar
– 1 liter of warm water
Put the warm water in basin and add the baking soda. Stir a bit with your hand, and then soak your feet in this solution for 15 minutes. Remove the feet, and let them dry naturally, without wiping.
After the feet are well dried, add apple cider vinegar in the water, and soak your feet again in the solution. This time, let them stand for 10 minutes. Again, let the feet to dry naturally.
This remedy should be done every evening before bedtime for 10 days in a row.
