Homemade Tonic Lotion for Flawless Complexion

Face skin is more exposed to daily environmental factors than other parts of the body that’s why it needs daily care.
It’s ideal to help it with natural products such as sea buckthorn. It contains vitamins A and E that’s why this plant has very strong therapeutic properties. The product has regenerating and rejuvenating effects and is used in many hair and skin natural remedies.

Sea buckthorn has a high content of minerals, organic acids, flavonoids, fatty oils and vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin E, F, a mixture of essential unsaturated fatty acids and CoQ10). Buckthorn Infusion

Method of preparation:
Boil in a pot with 500ml water a handful of thin sea buckthorn twigs and leaves. Lean you face over the bowl so the vapors to come to the skin (Bain Marie). After 10 minutes wash your face with water and optionally apply a moisturizer. Because of the steam, the pores are unclogged and impurities-free, thereby skin elasticity is improved.

Tonic lotion

Method of preparation:
Mix 1 tablespoon of sea buckthorn juice with 1 tablespoon of warm milk and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix well then apply on your face using a cotton pad. After 20 minutes, rinse it well with lukewarm water then with cold water. This mixture nourishes and moisturizes the skin and provides a youthful appearance.

Fresh skin: ice cubes and sea buckthorn

Method of preparation:
Boil 1 tablespoon of sea buckthorn berries (or buckthorn leaves) in 250 ml of water, strain, cool and place in ice forms. Freeze then apply every morning one ice cube on your face. Roll on your face until it melts.
